Sani is located in the rainforest of eastern Ecuador, a region characterised by its abundant rainfall. Should rain be a concern, we advise you to reserve from September to May. The rainy season generally extends from June to August.

A deposit of 30% of the total non-refundable reservation amount is required within eight days of the confirmation being received.
The full payment is due 30 days prior to the trip departure.

Please note that if the Ecuadorian border is closed or unforeseen events occur that prevent the Lodge from operating as usual, this deposit will be applied as a credit to your future trip.
The credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of deposit. In the event of a natural disaster in the area, Sani Lodge will refund 100% of the deposit minus a 15%
Cancellation within 60 to 31 days 50% penalty of the rack rate; within 30 days up to 1 day prior departure, 100% penalty of the net rate.

Discounts are available for children under 12 years of age (11 years - 11 months) at the time of travel.

The lodge can accommodate a total of around 60 visitors. This ensures a personal experience for each guest and minimizes the impact tourism has on the environment.

Most guests visit the lodge from October to February, June to July, and in August.

If you have been in Colombia, Peru, Brazil or Bolivia before coming to Ecuador and you are between 1 and 59 years old, you must show the International Certificate of Vaccination against Yellow Fever when you enter Ecuador.
